2015 F-150 Engine and Cabin Air Filters
A replacement filter should match the 2015 truck and its engine.
Ford’s 2015 Motorcraft parts chart provides original filter references for the engine and cabin. Cross-check current replacement numbers before ordering.

Engine air filter
A clogged or poorly seated engine filter can affect performance and allow dirt into the intake. Check the filter box seal and intake ducting during replacement. Dusty or off-road use calls for more frequent inspection.
Cabin air filter
The manual places the cabin filter behind the glovebox. A replacement should sit securely in its housing; driving without it can expose climate-system components to debris.
A note about parts catalogues
Ford and aftermarket suppliers can supersede part numbers. Use the VIN and the current catalogue before buying, especially for a truck with modifications.

I own a 2015 Ford F-150 and plan to add real observations, photos and maintenance notes to these guides. I won't present an untested repair as something I've personally done.
